If you need your order quicker, Hush next day delivery is available for £6. To be eligible, place your order before 4 pm on weekdays. If you're not in a rush, standard delivery is £3.90 and will take 3-5 working days to arrive.

There isn’t a birthday discount at Hush available for members or guests. To save on your special day, you can utilise one of our promo codes for a handy discount instead.

Subscribing to a newsletter

While there is no discount for signing up for the Hush newsletter, it’s still worth it. Members receive early access to promos and sales frequently via email. Instead of a Hush sign-up offer, you can treat first-time buyers to £20 off their order by referring them. You’ll receive a £20 discount too for use with an £80 shop.

Gift cards

Returns

1. The Hush returns policy has you covered if you run into any problems. Look at your dispatch form to find your returns note and pre-paid label.

2. Fill out the form found in your parcel or re-print it by logging in to your account.

3. Peel off your pre-paid label and stick it to your returns package.

4. Drop your packed return off at a Royal Mail location to await your return, refund or replacement.

Price match policy

There isn’t a Hush price match policy at the moment. That doesn’t mean you’re not covered in case of price changes. If you notice a discrepancy in the last 10 days, get in touch about a price refund for the difference. While it’s not guaranteed, the team often offer a refund within reason.
